To escape the summer sun,
But she liked it all too much,
The sweet relieving, treasured touch,

And when the seasons changed, the leaves began to fall,
But the feeling had gone dull,
Oh she longed to give it up,
She just needed one last rush,

So she started to run,
Addicted and running out of luck,
She could not get enough,
Then one day she did too much,
She started to rust,
The sickness had turned her bones to dust,
She died young,
Out of the summer sun.
